Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the e-voting in the Netherlands and Norway. The author describes the emergence of these forms of voting, analyzes the cases of their use in the above mentioned countries, and the impact of some experiments in these countries on the use of electronic forms of voting.

Particular attention is paid to the conceptual apparatus and differences in terms of electronic voting, remote voting, Internet (online) voting.
