Abstract

Judicial review is a modern concept in the legal system. It is a tool for getting justice over arbitrary decisions. But judicial review itself may be arbitrary in nature. Sometimes it disrespects people's opinions and breaks the separation of power doctrine. It mainly happens in those countries following constituent supremacy. In the name of correcting the legislative 'judicial review' try to disrespect the legislative's responsibility. No doubt 'judicial review' is a blessing for every legal system, but it also needs a limit when it reviews legislative action.
