Abstract

Did you know 93% of communication is done nonverbally? Did you also know that nonverbal communication is the most ignored form of communication? This is partially the reason for the disconnect between humans. To create and maintain a genuine relationship and have a meaningful conversation and understanding, one must pay keen attention to them. This article examines the use of nonverbal communication in Mediation.
