Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the legal and moral issues of radical climate activism. For months, the German public has been arguing about the sit-in blockades of the so-called "Last Generation". However, a comprehensive legal analysis is missing so far. The final version of the paper will be published in "Verwaltungsarchiv 114 (2023), Issue 2".
