Abstract

One of the manifestations of a society ruled by law is respect for basic human rights. The life of a natural person comes from his parents and constitutes a society, and the ownership of his life belongs to the parties concerned. When possessing general capacity for civil conduct, the disposition of the parties to their own lives should be respected, rather than blindly prohibited. Even though there are theoretical doubts and institutional risks in euthanasia, the progress of the rule of law cannot be separated from the state power’s response to citizenship and social awareness, and cannot be separated from the self-consistency and integrity of the logic of the rule of law. Only by gradually making people more dignified is human beings The ultimate goal pursued by society.
