Study on the Influence of Inlet Structure on Sewage Collection Characteristics in the Aquaculture Tank with Single Pipe Arc Wall

Abstract
In order to study the influence of inlet structure on sewage discharge characteristics of the square arc angle aquaculture tank with single pipe arc wall, based on computational fluid dynamics, the flow field in the tank was simulated. Based on the physical model of single-drain square arc angle aquaculture tank, the influence of inlet structure on sewage discharge efficiency and flow field characteristics in the system was analyzed, aiming to provide suitable flow field conditions for the discharge of settling solid particles. A solid-liquid multiphase model was established to analyze the influence of inlet structure on the sewage collection characteristics in the tank. The parameters of different arrangement angles of inlet pipe and the relative inflow distance were comprehensively analyzed to optimize parameters of the inlet structure and the sewage collection characteristics in the system. The results show that the sewage collection characteristics of the tank are obviously affected by the inlet structure. The parameters of relative inflow distance of 0.07-0.11 and the jet angle of 25° are conducive to obtaining the best sewage collection characteristics, which is similar to the best results of the physical model test.
