Abstract

The main objective of the mission is to create a mid-level customer satisfaction problem management system using RDBMS, HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIP. Chat bots typically provide a text-based user interface where users can report any kind of problem they are suffering from and find suitable solutions provided by mentors.

Problem management systems are typically state-full services that remember previous commands (and sometimes conversations) to provide functionality. If problem management system technology were integrated into a popular web service, it would undoubtedly be used by more people.
