Abstract

Hitler rose to power in Germany in 1933. The result was World War II. Perhaps the war could have been avoided if Hitler had not become chancellor of Germany, or maybe World War II was inevitable because of the poor terms Germany received in the Treaty of Versailles. ChatGPT was asked to write an essay speculating about how history would have changed if Hitler would have been assassinated in 1933.
