Abstract

研究了晶粒尺寸对添加Al元素的双相介稳Fe50Mn30Co10Cr10高熵合金(HEAs)变形行为和应变速率敏感性的影响。并通过真空电弧熔炼制备了这些合金,并测试了它们在不同应变速率下的力学性能,以了解晶粒尺寸如何影响其性能。研究发现,拉伸变形过程中的相变和变形孪晶与晶粒尺寸密切相关。随着晶粒尺寸从2.86 μm(细晶,FG)增加到5.25 μm(粗晶,CG),HCP相含量减少,而变形孪晶增加。我们解释了晶粒尺寸如何影响基于变形结构和微观结构的应变硬化行为。它还观察到应变率敏感指数m随着晶粒尺寸的增加而增加,这与单相FCC HEA不同。这种趋势可归因于高熵合金中相变、变形孪晶和晶界滑动的变形机理。结果表明,双相高熵合金在高应变率下具有良好的综合力学性能,并表明晶粒尺寸可用于定制其性能。
