Abstract

This is the introduction to a symposium issue commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the passage of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The symposium was held on October 21, 2022, at UCLA School of Law and was sponsored by the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy. The volume includes contributions by Miriam Baer, Stephen Bainbridge, Alina Ball, Carlos Berdejó, James Cox, Alex Lee, James Park, Paul Rose, and Urska Velikonja.
