Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low traceability efficiency and poor information security caused by complex data flow in the whole food supply chain from farmland to table, many participating departments, easy to be attacked and tampered with by criminals in the process of data transmission and storage, with the distributed storage and peer-to-peer transmission features of blockchain technology, some of the current problems can be solved. However, the use of blockchain single-chain architecture can no longer meet the current problems of transaction throughput decline and slow traceability time caused by the increasing data information of the entire food supply chain. At the same time, although the use of blockchain technology can ensure the security of data storage, it cannot ensure the absolute security of data information in the collection and transmission process. In response to the above issues, this article first analyzes and classifies the data information of various links in the food supply chain, integrating blockchain multi chain architecture and RFID technology, a blockchain multi chain food information traceability management model BRFCS (multi-blockchain and RFID Food credible and safety) is proposed. Then, combining cryptography algorithm, a trusted collection and transmission mechanism is proposed among blockchain, reader and tags; Finally, a traceability prototype system was built based on Chainmaker blockchain network platform, and the uploading success rate and traceability query time were tested through the data of a wheat product company. The results show that the traceability management model proposed in this paper can meet the needs of consumers and enterprises in the supply chain in terms of security and traceability time, and at the same time provide a new optimization solution for the safe data transmission, storage and traceability mode of the food supply chain industry.
