Chinese Abstract: 为应对国内外政治及安全环境的变化，2023年5月澳门特别行政区对《维护国家安全法》（简称《澳门国安法》）进行了修订。修订后的《澳门国安法》大量借鉴参照了《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》（简称《香港国安法》）以及相关内地法律制度，由一部原来作为补充《澳门刑法典》的单行刑事法律转变为类似《香港国安法》的综合性国家安全立法。本文将以《香港国安法》为参照，分析此次《澳门国安法》的主要修改内容，重点关注刑事罪行、刑事程序及维护国家安全机构。通过比较分析显示两地国家安全立法呈现出明显的趋同趋势；另一方面，《澳门国安法》仍保持了自身的特点，以适应本地的特殊情况及本地法律制度。
English Abstract: On 18 May 2023, the Macau Legislative Assembly passed amendments to the Law on Safeguarding National Security (MANSL), drawing heavily on the 2020 Hong Kong National Security Law (HKNSL). This article examines the major modifications made to the MANSL in reference to the HKNSL. The comparative analysis also shows that there is increasing convergence in the national security legislations in the two SARs, while on the other hand, the MANSL still maintains some singularities to accommodate specific circumstances of the Macau SAR and local legal system.
