Abstract
Intelligently harnessing energy from the surrounding environment through various nanogenerators presents an ideal avenue to enable self-powered electronics. In this context, we introduce a biopolymer-based multi-effect coupled nanogenerator. This nanogenerator comprises an HPC/CTS/CNT film (functioning as the positive electrode) and a PVDF/PDMS film (serving as the negative layer). Importantly, this nanogenerator possesses a lightweight and flexible bilayer structure, coupled with outstanding electrical signal output performance. With an impressive sensitivity of 112.5 mV kPa-1, excellent stability(maintaining consistent voltage output over 10000 cycles), mechanical robustness, and robust energy harvesting capabilities, this triboelectric-piezoelectric coupled nanogenerator holds significant promise for diverse applications ranging from various mechanical sensing to mechanical energy collection and storage.
