Abstract

This study attempts to analyse the role of political aspects in the administration and doling out of justice by international courts and tribunals, with an emphasis on transnational justice in the modern world. It is necessary to have international courts and tribunals to confront and resolve issues that transcend national boundaries, ensure that those responsible for international crimes are held accountable, and ensure that justice and human rights are upheld as values. Nevertheless, the performance of these organisations is frequently impacted by a variety of political issues that have the potential to have an effect on their efficiency, impartiality, and general credibility. Through an analysis of major political concerns, the purpose of this research is to give light on the challenges that international courts and tribunals face when attempting to enforce transnational justice.
