Abstract

The rapid globalization of the digital economy and breakthroughs in artificial intelligence technology, driven by urbanization and advancements in science and technology, have created opportunities for green integration and innovative development in smart cities. Based on extensive literature research, this paper conducts fusion innovation by exploring the smart city driving model based on artificial intelligence. It innovatively proposes a new paradigm for fusion innovation research, employing the empirical research method based on emotional empowerment data to quantitatively analyze the SAI model of smart city artificial intelligence and demonstrate its relevant driving elements. Finally, it deduces an integrated innovation efficiency mechanism formed by perceived usefulness (PU) among all elements of a smart city, AI large models in the supply chain, and AI driving elements, along with a trust interaction mechanism (TM). Through model research, it can be concluded that artificial intelligence not only effectively enhances the upper limit of urban production and supply capacity but also further expands the integrated innovation and development capacity of cities across all fields. Additionally, the study demonstrates that deep integration and innovation within global supply chain systems significantly improve smart city levels while providing extensive support for their development.
