Abstract
In response to green chemistry, a simple and green micellar liquid chromatography method with a short column as the analytical column was established. The separation of nodakenin, isoimperatorin, psoralen, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid was studied. Taguchi design strategy was first introduced into micellar liquid chromatography to optimize the chromatographic conditions. The optimal composition of the mobile phase was 0.008 M polyoxyethylene lauryl ether aqueous solution with a pH value of 2.8. The analytes were eluted isometrically at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 320 nm, and the mobile phase temperature was 40 °C. The established method was validated and applied to Notopterygium and Angelicae pubescentis samples. The study demonstrated that the established method is simple and green, which aligns with the current development trend of analytical chemistry and provides a new idea for researchers to innovate on green analytical chemistry.
