Abstract

There are great challenges in developing an efficient strategy to construct luminescent MOFs with multiple emission centers for fluorescent applications. In this work, a functionalized Eu-doped Y-MOF (Eu3+@SNNU-325) with dual-emission centers was constructed by using a cation exchange strategy. Interestingly, the smart luminescent Eu3+@SNNU-325 as a ratiometric thermometer exhibits the dual-emission centers of Eu3+ and Y3+ ions, and highly fluorescence temperature sensing.
