Abstract

Paper concerning the framework, relevant case law and regulatory considerations regarding AI regarding two projects: The national data analytics solution (NDAS), an AI tool developed by West Midlands Police to predict the chance of subjects committing an offense and ROSS intelligence, a legal research AI tool currently in a lengthy legal battle with Westlaw.
