Abstract

The Arbitration Conversation: Insights and Wisdom from Experts in the Field is a new book published by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section on Dispute Resolution. The book distills over 115 interviews with arbitration experts into a vital resource for arbitrators, counsel, students, educators, and anyone interested in arbitration. This excerpt provides a short introduction for the book, which is a peek behind the privacy curtain of arbitration. The book also dives into the changing landscape of dispute resolution in the digital age, and considers the role of technology in arbitration. This is all done while weaving into the text insights learned through the public interviews that one can view on UTube or one can listen to as the new iteration podcast.
