Portuguese Abstract: O presente artigo pretende apresentar o conceito de Rendimento Básico Incondicional (Universal) enquan to possível figura jurídica do Direito positivo, no futuro. Apresentando para tal a sua definição, lógica transversal e, através do método socrático, despertar o interesse para a reflexão jurídica da “nova área”.

English Abstract: This essay seeks to present the Universal Basic Income concept as potential future Legal concept. By pre senting its definition, cross sectorial logic and, through the Socratic method, awake interest the reflection in this “new field”.
