Abstract

Hospitals are being transformed by Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration into healthcare, leading to improved patient care and greater operational efficiency. This paper examines the various ways AI improves clinical outcomes and streamlines administrative processes. Diagnostic tools driven by AI, predictive analytics, and personalized therapy schemes can substantially enhance the quality of care as well as patient safety in hospitals. In parallel, AI techniques used in scheduling, inventory management and workflow automation contribute significantly to large operational efficiencies that cut down costs and reduce administrative burdens. The article further reflects on ethical issues regarding implementation of AI centered on data security, patients' privacy protection and the requirement for an effective regulatory framework. It concludes that this research illuminates current uses of AI in healthcare along with some emerging trends thus highlighting its potential for change while providing practical suggestions for organizations seeking to implement it within hospital settings.
