Abstract

Making Nano memory cloud chips Nano super cloud is amemory made of carbon nanotubes, although thediscovery of small but very strong, flexible and conductivecarbon nanotubes with dimensions similar to DNA strandsand the use of organic molecules Absorb microchipophilicmicroenvironment instead of load storage capacitors innano-type memory chips. Nanocrystals, the use of whichwill increase the lifespan of nano-memory. Nanoelectronicsscience and technology offer different super memorycapabilities . Photofraction materials, for example, representonly one type of optical memory. In fact, usingnanotechnology can increase the storage capacity ofinformation by a thousand times or more. Data storage is avery important and necessary topic that can be done invarious ways through nano-memory supercontrollers .One of the new data storage tools is the use of nickelquantum dots in nanometer sizes that are expected to beused to store terabytes of data. Due to super memorynanoparticles, there is a high potential for activity in this field.
