Abstract

There are variations in the research conclusions of tourists’ applications of ICT based on UTAUT, and no formal analysis has been done. We screened 33 quantitative research papers from 226 pieces of literature published between 2012 and 2022, which eventually were classified as 42 research papers, representing 15,001 individuals and 330 associations. The 33 papers underwent a meta-analysis and integrated test for the purposes of evaluating their efficacy and robustness and resolving the conflicting research findings. All variable associations in the UTAUT were found to be statistically significant, according to the results. The main component determining behavior intention is performance expectancy. Usage behavior's antecedent, behavioral purpose, is far more powerful. The economic development level and the national culture were found to considerably affect the relationship between enabling circumstances and behavioral intention by subgroup analysis.
