Abstract

Various mathematical models and algorithms have been developed in the field of mining supply chain optimization. This study reviews the most state-of-the-art papers in the mining supply chain optimization field, which covers methods, problems, and technologies. The study also conducts a bibliometric analysis, which includes citations, keywords, authors, institution, and publisher analysis. The review paper overviews the most recent applications that have been widely used in the field, as well as the integration of advanced methodologies in optimizing the mining supply chain. Furthermore, the review paper investigates the challenges and limitations of these models and the algorithms in real case studies. In the end, comprehensive answers to the research questions are provided. The study concludes with some insights into future works.
