Abstract

The interplay of science , prophecy and AI is highlighted, with special reference to the social forces of territoriality, tribalism and ideology in humanity. A rational learning sequence is presented, in terms of developing tech-know-logical forces; the whole learning process is characterized as cyclical and spiral, with strong regressive and weak progressive moments as per ethical versus animalistic traits in the living body of humanity.
