Abstract

In the event of ever increasingly growth of Big data and artificial intelligence, artificial sensory nervous system (SNS) has been ever blooming. Brain-likeneuromorphic computing seeks to replicate the capabilities of parallel processing, progressive learning, and inference whileretaining low power consumption inspiratedby the humanbrain. Theever-increasing development of cloud-computing, supercomputing desire for highly integrated electronic storage systems. To alleviate the tedious procedure, we innovatively offer a feasible approach: weave the silver electrode and in-situ oxidized silver oxide insular to construct two-terminal memristor array. This memristor possesses low consumption of (2.5×10-5J), high ON/OFF (above 107), good durability (200cycles). Meanwhile, higher-level integration are achieved by a weaving-type configuration, conformally attached skin. Our work willoffer new alterativefor simplifying processingto achieve high-level integration and miniaturization.
