Abstract

通过温度场模拟和实验对比,获得了AlCoCrFeNi 2.1共晶高熵合金(HEA)涂层的最佳激光熔覆参数,并得到了AlCoCrFeNi 2.1 -xNbC(x=0、2.5、5.0、7.5、10 wt.%)复合涂层采用激光熔覆技术成功制备。系统研究了NbC含量对AlCoCrFeNi 2.1 -xNbC复合涂层显微组织、维氏硬度和耐磨性的影响。复合涂层由NbC、FCC/Ll 2和BCC相组成。随着NbC颗粒的添加,NbC相的体积分数增加,其形貌逐渐从棒状转变为不规则多面体。 AlCoCrFeNi的硬度值2.1-xNbC复合涂层从270 HV0.5提高到365 HV0.5(硬度值相当于H13钢基体的2倍)。 AlCoCrFeNi 2.1 -xNbC复合涂层的平均摩擦系数和磨损量显着降低。 AlCoCrFeNi 2.1 -5.0NbC复合涂层表现出最佳的耐磨性,摩擦系数和磨损体积分别为0.59和3.96×10 6 μm 3。而H13的摩擦系数和磨损量分别为1.0和2.05×10 7 μm 3。这归因于适当比例的NbC颗粒使涂层形成均匀的微观结构,并具有适当的强度和韧性。
