Abstract

This work was carried out in collaboration among all authors. OOV conceptualized the study, formulated the research framework, and spearheaded the statistical analysis. Author OOO managed the methodological design, curated the data sources, and contributed significantly to the manuscript's development and revisions. OS-A oversaw the data analyses and ensured the integration of domainspecific insights into the discussion. Author MOG supervised the cost-benefit analysis and provided critical input on the interpretation of findings. Author TMK conducted the extensive literature review and ensured the study adhered to relevant academic and ethical standards. All authors reviewed and approved the final manuscript, ensuring its coherence and alignment with the study's objectives.
