Abstract

The corruption and corrupt practices are those acts and action which can spoil any society and defeat the laws of land. The narcotic is a menace in the society which can be curbed with iron hands. After emergence of terrorism and terrorist activities, the study shows that funding to the terrorist organizations is being made through narco-corruption. Afghanistan is the largest producer of the drugs which include Heroin, Charas and other derivative drugs. Since the narcotic money does not travel through banking or digital media hence it can easily be diverted to any illegal and unlawful destination including but not limited to terrorism and other placements. It is also factual position that drugs and weapons are side by side smuggled in most areas of the world particularly through sea routs. Narco-Corruption and Terrorism in Pakistan is a complex and interrelated issue involving drug trafficking, corruption, and terrorist activities, with these elements often reinforcing each other. The problem has its roots in Pakistan's geostrategic location, its role in the Afghan conflict, and the political and institutional challenges the country faces. Below is an exploration of how narcotics, corruption, and terrorism intertwine in Pakistan. The world is under imminent threat to the drugs and terrorism issues. International community has shown its concern over the terrorist financing through drug proceeds and also trying to legislate the issues to address the problem.
