Abstract

The study was carried out in the rural world since October 2024. The major objective was to investigate the sugar effects on the dental carries in the world. Total 18 articles were downloaded from the web and analyzed the situation while 400 tooth affected people in the Khyber Pukhthunkhwa were also included in the study area and two districts namely district Mardan and Peshawar were selected as purposive sample in the world. About 98 percent respondents claimed that sugar excess increase dental carries in the human being in District Peshawar and District Mardan. One percent say no while 1 percent has no knowledge about the situation. The result further indicates that Sugar excess increase the dental carries in the worlds, which further push different diseases namely, heart attack, dementia, obesity, Diabetes etc. in the human being. The main reasons are awareness, sugar excess and mother education. The children when go to school, they use the, Sewages, sweets, and different products which is made from sugar while in the young stage which badly affect the teethes. The sugar when enter into the mouth in different forms of food where bacteria are present which convert the sugar into acid. The acid damage surface of the teethes and latter on make the cavities and lastly the tooth decay occurred which disturb the life of the human being and convert into pain. Over excess of sugar is dangerous for human health while the World Health Organization has fixed the sugar limit to 5 percent in the daily energies. On the basis of problem the study recommend that to keep sugar limit to 5 percent in the total energies of daily life; Avoid hot and cold water while normal water should be drunk in daily life; Daily walk is required for control of different disease; Awareness is necessary to children by mother; Monthly check up by dental specialist is required; Two time daily, tooth brush should be used; Never eat hard products by teethes.
