Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Hybrid Constitutional Courts, enlisted by national and international judges as a transitional justice option to re-build the constitutional democracy and the rule of law. The subject is analyzed from a Comparative Law perspective, reviewing especially the case of the Bosnia Herzegovina’s Hybrid Constitutional Court, whose experience in this sense has been so relevant. Finally, are explained the main advantages and problems of this option of the transitional constitutional justice, considering the academic question about the viability or not of Hybrid Constitutional Courts in the future in Venezuela, supporting the re-build of constitutional justice and the return of the rule of law in this country.
