Abstract

The paper discusses the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the enjoyment and exercise of human rights. It also outlines how the Inter-American Commission and Court have responded to the pandemic by implementing measures to prevent violations, monitor the situation, and protect human rights in the region.
