Abstract
The paper examines Conventional Procedural Law as a case study of “Global Procedural Law” and explores how International Law regulates the legal relationships between states and individuals, particularly focusing on the jurisdictional functions of international courts. It argues that these functions must adhere to the general principles of Constitutional and Administrative Procedural Law, especially concerning the procedural claims and powers of the Inter-American Court. This adherence would facilitate more comprehensive and effective reparations for human rights violations.
