Abstract

The attached appendix includes the amicus briefs that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) filed during the Biden administration in litigation related to federal consumer financial laws. These briefs reflect the best available reading of federal consumer financial laws and are likely a helpful tool for litigants.
