Abstract
Digital Media Literacy is knowledge and skill for using media. E-learning is learning through media where learners have to perform their practices through internet. Digital construction brings improvement in Apps used for on-line learning. In contrast to traditional ways of educating students, the e-learning education through online digital media is becoming necessity of modern world. Learners desired to opt Learning Management System in which classes held for various courses software Apps. Educational Institutions are practicing learning through applications like Zoom, Facebook Skype Microsoft Team in order to conduct on line classes for students. They are approaching towards Web-assisted international courses through modified digital applications those are designed for online learning. In order to achieve the objective of effectiveness of Digital Media Apps for online educational learning and developing strategies for issues in e-learning Apps, critical analysis of various previous research papers, books and articles is reviewed and descriptive method is adopted to analyze collected data qualitatively in this research paper. This study is helping the theory “Diffusion of innovation” with research modal “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology” (UTAUT) which is being limited in context of Digital Apps being used for online leering where it is required to enhance the new pedagogy like e-learning through digital media applications.
