Abstract
In manufacturing, quality management can help reduce defects, waste, and costs, and increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction complying with regulatory & ethical standards and career paths are proactive and flexible. According to WHO, quality control is defined as the collection of all the procedures which are adapted to ensure the identity & purity of products is known as Quality Control. A quality management system is the bundle of processes and responsibilities that makes our business run how it’s supposed to, and ensures that the products and services that we provide satisfy to our customers and our stakeholders. GLP, good laboratory Practices are defined as a set of standard regulations or guidelines which are used to generate reproducible results which can be validated and replicated in the experimental conditions or a set of regulations that are used to ensure consistency, quality, safety, reliability & integrity of products during non-clinical & laboratory testing. On the other hand, QMP (Quality Management Principle) is a set of fundamental beliefs, norms, rules and values that are accepted as true and can be used as a basis for Quality management. The primary focus of quality management is to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed customer expectations. Every aspect of customer interaction provides an opportunity to create more value for the customer. Understanding current and future needs of customers and other interested parties contributes to sustained success of the organization. To navigate quality management career paths, one needs to be proactive and flexible while taking advantage of the resources and opportunities available and plays crucial role at different levels, develop design and improve Quality processes & systems simultaneously.
