Abstract
Given the diverse socio-cultural and educational contexts in ASEAN schools, it is imperative to establish a standardized, reliable instrument for assessing pedagogical competencies. The questionnaire developed in this study aims to bridge this gap by providing a validated tool that educators, administrators, and policymakers can use to evaluate and enhance teaching effectiveness. The strong psychometric properties of the instrument, as evidenced by its internal consistency of 0.895, confirm its reliability in measuring these key pedagogical constructs. This high level of reliability ensures that the instrument accurately captures the attributes necessary for fostering dynamic and inclusive educational environments.
