Abstract
Peculiarities of legal regulation of labor of top management and members of boards of directors of organizations Annotation.This article examines the issues related to the legal regulation of the work of managers and members of collegial bodies of corporate governance, which include sole executive bodies (top managers: general directors, presidents, directors, executive directors, chief physicians, chief engineers, chief editors, rectors, chairmen, etc.), collegial executive bodies (boards, directorates, management, etc.), collegial executive bodies (management boards, boards of directors, supervisory boards) in commercial organizations. It examines the issues of the emergence of labor and related relations, the conclusion, modification and termination of an employment contract, as well as payment for their work. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of legal relations with members of the board of directors and supervisory boards, as well as audit commissions, which, in accordance with Russian legislation, have a special status. In addition to the theoretical, the article has practical significance for all commercial organizations, since it similarly analyzes controversial issues based on legislation and scientific literature.
