Abstract

This correlational quantitative study examines the relationship between morning routines and entrepreneurial cognition among Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) students majoring in Marketing Management at the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) in Camarines Sur. Utilizing a Likert quantitative correlational research design, data were collected from 100 students to assess their morning routines (waking up early, physical activity, eating habits, and study habits) and entrepreneurial cognition (creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making). The results revealed a significant positive correlation between structured morning routines and enhanced entrepreneurial cognition. The findings suggest that morning routines are associated with cognitive skills essential for entrepreneurship.
