Abstract

Responding to some of the challenges to her recent book, To Whom Do Children Belong (2016), Dr. Moschella argues that affirming the primacy of the parents’ right to educate their children provides the best safeguard for children’s autonomy and cultivates the virtues required by citizenship in a pluralistic, democratic society.
