Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this article is to study the advanced usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the United States with the goal of reducing food waste, preventing child malnutrition, and ensuring food security. And how regulatory restrictions, consumer sentiment, lack of transparency, and academic censorship are all factors that serve to limit the evolution of artificial intelligence. A total of thirty to forty percent of the United States' food supply, or one hundred and thirty billion pounds annually, is wasted, according to the report(Food Loss and Waste, 2025). In the evaluation, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is criticized, with a particular emphasis placed on regulatory obstacles, consumer perceptions, a lack of openness, and academic suppression. Moreover, it investigates the methodologies, problems, and constraints, as well as the limitations imposed by the United States on the development of artificial intelligence technology.
