Abstract
This paper explores the impact and importance to the use of the Tingguian dialect as to bring camaraderie, oneness with the people and to bring the people into a better state of their lives. This natural instinct of the human being and affection determines us from the irrational animals. Does the Tingguian leaders more powerful when using their dialect in vying for the votes of the people? Do they really have a driving force when they need the people to act on huge governmental projects? This is the focus of discussion and point of order in this paper by the philosopher John Searle on his philosophy of language and the strengths and weaknesses of the used philosophy especially when you are using your own language and delivering them to the same people who are also knowledgeable of what you are talking about. I would be tracking how the language was possible, introduced, and developed in such a way that these Indigenous Group of people who uses the Tingguian dialect were able to unite, settle and gained their way towards serving the people and the country in a better state of life and paving their identity as an ethnolinguistic group that stands in all of the challenges and struggles of politics until it developed as a rationalized and a smart community of people that are educated and a more competent society towards a simpler and a more civilized society.
