Chrestomathies related to the Italy-Romania Partnership:Co-Project: “Empowering Women’s Awareness against Violence

Abstract

The aim of this Italy-Romania partnership is to highlight the contribution women have made to the social change as a process of empowerment, sustainable development and reliability. Their support to the growth of social capital and, in the knowledge society, to personal capitalism as a result of the valorization of femininity. The bodies and minds of women are no longer restricted to the realm of home economics and relations in the private sphere, but have become increasingly visible in the public sector and in the labor market. 

This process has been promoted and facilitated in Europe by means of equal opportunity policies. 

The European experience shows that a variety of affirmative policies have been implemented in various forms to favor women. Service centers created and run by women are a common example.     

Italy and Romania also have implemented some affirmative labor policies, often working in synergy with European Union programs, promoting the setting up of service centers, for the development and support of women’s entrepreneurship.”

“The complexity of the governance, the complexity of representing and solving the local and global problems, regarding the education, participation and globalisation, seems to be dependent on the open / closed appearance of the alternatives background. It is not a crisp appearance; it is a fuzzy and adaptive one. Would a brilliant synthesis provide “inner solutions” toward the governance problems representing and solving?”
