Abstract

Nearby "connects individuals and society, forming a social network of relationships. Organic community links emotions, culture, and relationships to achieve community reconstruction. Observing the surroundings, relationships, and society around us is concrete and realistic, rather than abstract. This article delves into the case of spontaneous mass fitness teams in urban communities, explaining the occurrence, development logic, and content of self entertaining "physical participation", and analyzing the mechanism of activating community residents' participation and responding to the practical needs of community life. Research has found that consensus is the precursor, trust is the foundation; The main structure circle centered around elites and key teams connects interest groups through weak connections, leveraging and consolidating community social capital; Integrating mass informal organizations through content production and soft specification bonding and catalysis; Based on the path of understanding the surroundings, rebuilding relationships, and creating an organic community, empowering community residents to participate from bottom to top effectively enhances the effectiveness of grassroots community governance.
