Abstract

With the increasing reliance on digital platforms for train status updates, inconsistencies in third-party mobile applications lead to passenger inconvenience. This research proposes a platform-based kiosk system at railway stations, providing real-time, station-verified train status and personalized information via PNR lookup. Station masters directly update the system, eliminating discrepancies and enhancing travel efficiency. The system is scalable, multilingual, integrated with railway infrastructure, and offers features like PNR-based live status.
