Abstract

This research explores Uzbekistan's approach to migration as outlined in the 94th goal of the "O'zbekiston 2030" strategy, which highlights the need to build stronger connections with the diaspora to support the country's long-term growth. By analyzing migration patterns and government policies, the study proposes initiatives to maximize migration's positive contributions to the country's development. The paper also presents the author's Triple Return (RRR) Strategy to increase these benefits. This strategy outlines three key ideas: (1) the return of migrants to contribute directly to economic and national growth, (2) the return of their expertise and ideas to inspire and educate Uzbek youth, and (3) the return of their wealth as investments and businesses, promoting long-term development and prosperity.
