Abstract
In this paper, we present a novel approach to addressing challenges in existing sewage pipeline systems by designing a new blending instrument that operates using the force exerted by sediment within the pipelines. The instrument incorporates an impeller that suspends particles along the pipeline flow, effectively preventing blockages. This innovation enhances the efficiency of the pipeline system and mitigates issues inherent in current pipeline infrastructure. The impeller blade is designed for installation inside the pipeline, requiring minimal maintenance while being capable of withstanding the corrosive environment of sewage systems. This is particularly critical given the highly acidic conditions, as evidenced by a maximum recorded pH value of 4.5 in the sewage.
