This paper explores the utilization of AI technologies in personalizing telecom customer support, emphasizing the ways in which these technologies create tailored interactions that boost user satisfaction and retention. Central to this discussion is the role of advanced AI techniques, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP), which enable systems to interpret customer intents with high precision and deliver contextually relevant responses.
