Abstract

This is a written version of a lecture delivered on April 2, 2025  to kick off the William J. Stunz Legacy Project, which aims to steward Bill Stuntz's scholarship in the areas of Criminal Law and Procedure and Law and Christianity. The lecture reviews a small slice of Stuntz's extensive writing on faith, and faith and law, and focuses in particular on Stuntz's unpublished notes for a talk on how to be both a Citizen of heaven” and “citizen of Harvard.”
