Pathways to Research: A Guide for University Students to become Scholars

Abstract

This perspective offers basic guidance and early motivation to the university students who are interested in doing independent research works and aiming to build their future career as researchers. It also presents directions to the students how to conduct a research, write research papers, make publications, and disseminate their knowledge to broader communities. The key goal of this perspective is to mentor and encourage second-year university students (sophomore) in research so that they can be well-prepared for their university thesis. This document also shows pathways to them in their research journey.
